At Elqoria S.A.S. (hereinafter “Elqoria”, “we” or “the platform”) we understand that your personal information is a valuable asset. This Privacy Policy explains in a clear way how we collect, use, store and protect your data when you interact with elqoria.com or any of our digital channels.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services: name, email address and the content of messages sent through the contact form. Additionally, we record technical device information (browser type, operating system, language and aggregated usage information) for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to respond to inquiries, send information about the real estate crowdlending projects available in Argentina, improve the experience on the site, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your express consent, on the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship, on applicable legal obligations and on Elqoria’s legitimate interest, always respecting your fundamental rights in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The data will be kept while an active relationship exists or while it is necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes and legal obligations. Once those periods are met, the information will be securely deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting under our instructions (hosting, analytics, communications) and with competent authorities when a legal obligation exists. All providers are subject to confidentiality and security agreements.
